All registrations must be completed online (through SportzSoft) for all lacrosse programs.

REFUND POLICY
A portion of your registration fee is deducted from our account by the Ontario Lacrosse Association (OLA). This fee covers several items, including OLA Insurance, OLA Magazine, Registration Software, and the OLA Registrar. We cannot negotiate the applicability of these fees and cannot reimburse them.
Your registration fee also includes a FEMLA Clinic/Try Out fee. This fee is non-refundable.
All cancellations will include a reduction for the non-recoverable OLA fee and the FEMLA Try Out fee.
No refunds will be issued once the season begins on the field/floor, except under individual extenuating circumstances as approved by the FEMLA Executive Committee. The “season start” is the first scheduled time on the floor or field after being selected to a rep team.
A full refund will be issued if FEMLA does not offer a suitable program or cancel a program.
All refund requests must be in writing to the FEMLA Registrar (registrar@forterielacrosse.com) with the registrant’s name, division, payment method, date of request, and reason for refund indicated.
OLA Player Release Policy
In accordance with MR2.10 – Residence Rule in the Ontario Lacrosse Association’s Rules and Regulations; any player who has not registered with their resident association by the 3rd Sunday in March will be ineligible for a rep release.
